How are you doing on your wellness Warrior journey?!

I picked up a book at Target this morning, that got me re-invigorated about my mission to be "the best version of myself that I can possibly be!" It's called Atomic Habits by James Clear. Why am I telling you this? Because, that is what being a wellness warrior is all about, and I want that for you too!!!

We all have habits that we allow to seep into our lives and cause us to react and live, day in and day out, in a way that becomes repetitive and creates our personalities. These habits are small, atomic even; but they are easy to change if we acknowledge them, focus on changing them to be better habits that move us in alignment with who we want to be, the success we want to achieve, and the power we want to find in ourselves!!!

I have BIG goals, and I know you do too. Lately, I have become a little "lax" on my good habits that propel me forward to reaching those goals. However, 7 pages into this new book, and I'm refocused and back at it! I got my productivity alarms set on my phone, and my wine bottle emptied out so I can work on myself and propel myself to where I want to go next!
